Skills Turkey National Competition organized by Ministry of National Education The General Directorate of Technical Education For Girls and by the support of İstanbul Chamber of Commerce was held during 9-11 June 2010 in İstanbul World Trade Center with the big organization. Our Minister of National Education Mrs. Nimet Çubukçu and our General Director Mrs. Emine Kıraç honoured our Closing Ceremony of National Competition.
Skills Turkey National Competition was held around these fields:
Cook & Serve,
Shoemaking,
Floristry,
Cross Media Publishing,
Electronics,
Mobile Robotics,
Caring,
Hairdressing,
Goldsmith,
Mechatronics,
Farrier,
Automotive Technology
Fashion Design and Product Development ( It was held between 9-11 December 2009, in Bursa, Turkey ). 85 competitors, 13 chief experts, 57 experts, 28 team leaders participated these competitions.
Skills questions prepared by the experts of these fields were given to the teams and skills of competitors were tested by the experts during 3 days. The First Winners gained to participate EuroSkills 2010 Competitions that wiil be held 9-11 December Lisbon, Portugal.
Skills Turkey had big organizations with the support of sponsors and your sincere participations and it will have big organizations in the future.
Our First Winners will represent Skills Turkey with their skills and cultures in EuroSkills 2010 Lisbon. Then WorldSkills 2011 will be held in London. We wish to continue their success.
